My honest advice to singles looking for their spouse, it's worth the weight. God in the Bible

gave us a pattern in the first two chapters of Genesis in regards to dating, mating, our mission, and our

assignment. In fact, Adam first knew his master, then he knew his mission, and then he met his

mate. So here are some things you need to keep in mind if you're a single person.

Number one is you are ready to date when you don't need to.

You have to be so lost in God that the person has to look for God to find you.

In Genesis, we see this about Adam that Adam had a relationship with God.

He knew God's voice, He knew God's commandments,

God gave Him very little commandments,

and he lived in God's presence.

And that is the foundation of your single life.

In fact, it is the relationship with God that makes you whole because all other relationships,

especially romantic ones, they will reveal your holes.

Your relationship with God will satisfy you, while all other relationships they will magnify

you.

Your relationship with God will complete you and all other romantic relationships

will just compliment you. So as you are waiting in the season of expecting, don't be desperate,

but stay hungry for God. And Adam is a great example of that. Something I like to mention in Genesis 11, God speaks to the earth,

let earth produce grass. And then Genesis 120, God speaks to the water and says, let waters abound with
