And I'm not just going to talk about actual the process of home buying.

I'm also going to talk about all the steps that I took leading up in the past couple years,

leading up to being ready to buy a house to where the financial aspects of buying this house

was so flowy and just, it went so smoothly. It went so smoothly and it wasn't stressful at all because of the things

I'd done leading up to the home buying process, not necessarily the things that I started doing
