0:12.0	But there is no storyteller like the Lord Jesus, and there are no greater stories told than the ones Jesus shared.
0:19.0	In this study, spiritual stories, we consider the parables Jesus told

0:49.8	We are looking at our Lord's parables as much as possible in some chronological fashion as we progress through the life and public ministry of the Lord Jesus.
0:53.5	And we come today to really one of the only parabolic passages in the entire gospel of John.
1:01.1	Matthew Mark and Luke really record the parables for us.
1:04.1	But when you come to John chapter 10, you come to one of my favorites.
1:08.1	He goes, John, who the beloved disciple, the intimate disciple of our Lord writes much later than
1:15.3	the rest and gives a commentary really on the life of minister of the Lord Jesus gives one of the
1:19.7	most beautiful parables of Christ we refer to it as the parable of the good shepherd I want to
1:26.6	talk to today about my good shepherd because he's not just the good shepherd. I want to talk to you today about my good shepherd,
1:29.6	because he's not just the good shepherd.
1:31.3	I'm glad to tell you, he's my good shepherd.
1:34.5	These are the words of Jesus in John 10, verse 1.
1:36.9	Verily, verily, I say unto you,
1:38.8	he that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold,
1:42.9	but climbeth up some other way.
1:44.5	The same is a thief and a robber.
1:47.4	But he that enter the end by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
1:51.9	To him the porter openeth, and the sheep hear his voice,
