I'm Todd Pruitt, the pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church in beautiful Harrisonburg, Virginia.

I'm joined as always by Carl Truman, professor of church history at Westminster Seminary and pastor of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Ambler, Pennsylvania, and of course Amy Bird, author

of Housewife Theologian, is with us as well.

Well, our goal typically is to have conversation about things that count.

So far we have conversation that are fairly interesting every once in a while.

Carl and Amy,

I think it could be better if we introduced more disagreements between us,

perhaps a few audible slaps on the program, that kind of thing.

But we want to, as often as we can, give resources and point people to books and other persons who are particularly helpful for the church in various areas.

And I think today is going to be one of those programs that is right up that

alley in a good, encouraging, sobering discussion about things that count with our guest today.
