Summary

The Spin team hit up their local Christian bookstore to browse the shelves and peruse the contents of some popular books. Based on the message of these books, the American Church is in danger of forgetting the truth of the Bible: we are wretched sinners in need of an amazingly gracious Savior. Along with that, the state of women's literature is abysmal, and lacks robust theology, distilling the reality that women must be learned Christians. It's always imperative for Christians to read quality, biblical literature. 0:45.5	And I say dangerous because Christian bookstore is a bit of a minefield these days.
0:50.6	Although I will say I'm pretty excited about a new venture from the Alliance of
0:55.8	Confessing Evangelicals. It's going to be a line of reformed romance novels and featuring, I think,
1:05.2	some very good writing. I mean, I'm going to be posing for a lot of the covers, Pirates of Presbyterianism, that sort of thing.
1:12.8	You do make a very attractive lumberjack.

1:15.3	The lumberjack cover I'm particularly proud of.

1:18.5	How do you get the six pack?
1:19.6	Well, they have to airbrush the six pack on.

1:25.1	But it was worth it because I look like a pretty fearsome pirate on the one cover. So we're excited here at the Alliance about this new
