Hi friends welcome back to my solo road my name is my podcast I typically say I live in a van. I don't live in a van right now. I'm living in a friend's apartment.

His name is Jared. I'm looking at him right now. He's smiling and working on his laptop.

I am currently getting my van renovated

by the one and only nomadic customs.

Mark is the owner of this company.

He's phenomenal. I love him. He does very, very impressive work and he also, the first conversation that we had, I could just tell how much he cares about the community and a lot of his employees are nomads themselves

and so I know he values them and just kind of people who are living this way in general.

He has a better understanding of it than most, I think.

And so I really liked that.

And I snagged up the opportunity as soon as he told me

he'd be willing to work on the van.

So I'm getting new flooring, new lighting, new batteries rely on.

Shite out to them.

They hooked me up with two free new lithium batteries,

which is insane.

So I'm very, very grateful for that.

And then what else am I doing Jared we have lighting flooring

electrical brand new countertops and brand new 12 volt fridge

Sink faucet I'm getting rid of that stupid induction stove that I clung to for no apparent reason for the last two years.

And I think that's pretty much everything. We found black mold under the flooring, which I knew that there would be mold.
