I don't know about you, but there's something about that kind of landing that I just can't do it. so here's the thing if that's what's preventing me then I

must really not feel called to do it and so I take that as a sign of me not being ready for it or it's just not for me right now.

The closest I've been, the closest I've experienced something like that is mushrooms and more on a recreational level,

and so I've just I've been more curious and kind of thirsty for that kind of experience.

So when my friend Adi Jaffi, and by the way, I want to thank Adi J Jaffe for giving me this experience, very generous of him to take his

time and care and take care of me for what ended up lasting for about, wow, maybe seven or eight

hours. I'll get into it. So he offered to do this because he does it with

his clients on the regular and so I was I wanted to take them up on it and so we finally

locked in a time and it was noon and I thought it was going to be you know an hour

and a half session maybe 40 minutes of kind of getting to your feed and then
