Summary

In this episode I'm joined by Dr Tracy Mountford of The Cosmetic Skin Clinic (@the_cosmetic_skin_clinic) to talk about my first ever cosmetic procedure. It's taken me more than 15 years of working in beauty to do anything more than a facial, blow-dry or massage and in this episode I explain why the fear-factor stopped me and how I overcame it, and whether I'm now considering more...

As well as my experience though, which is obviously very subjective, I wanted to get an expert opinion on cosmetic procedures, which is why I asked Dr Tracy Mountford to join me on the show. She has over 25 years experience in practice and I asked her the kind of things to ask, what you're likely to experience and what different injectables can do for you.

pulling the trigger. Now you would think given my career in the beauty industry
