Welcome back to another episode of the Kevin Rose show. This is a very special edition. We are doing it Ask Me Anything. This is my first AMA episode and boy did you guys ask a lot of questions. We had a little over maybe 500

different emails that came in, some of them with audio attachments and some of them

just text and I want to say thank you to everyone that submitted a question and a big thank you to

Eli who has been going through all these emails and kind of finding the major themes and

then also pulling out the audio clips and sending them over to me so that we can include them in the show.

He went through just a ton of emails.

And why I'm at it, I should also thank Jason, who's our editor.

These are the kind of behind the scenes folks that make this show happen so we got a ton of

questions we're gonna get to those in a second but before we get started I want to tell

you about my latest audio book the book that I'm just now getting into is by Michael Pollan. He's written a bunch of just really popular books over the years, but probably the one that I enjoyed the most was called in defense of food. He also did the omnivores dilemma, which is a great book, another book called Food Rules,

another one called Cook, just a great writer, and this time he's tackling a really crazy topic,

which is the idea of using

psychedelics as therapy in a way and he covers the whole gamut of topics

around psychedelics. So the book is called

How to Change Your Mind, what the new of Psychodellics teaches us about consciousness, dying,

addiction, depression, and transcendence.

Really excited to get into this book.

So I just now downloaded it.
