Smartphones are pretty much a consistent part of our everyday lives, including myself.

the truth, though. It's Instagram. Okay, I like to say, I like, I have to do it for work.

I have to be on for work. It's part of my work. Let's be honest, I doomscroll, you know, and I get in bad habits, y'all. It's crazy. It's like, sometimes I look at my phone. I'm like, I'm on Instagram. I'm like, how did I get there? How did I get there? I don't even remember unlocking my phone, and here I am. So, yes, a good part of me. I like to keep up with friends. I have a friend, you know, that ran the Boston Marathon and she was like keeping up to date on stories. I was like, oh my gosh, I had to follow her journey along. So sometimes it really is

great. And I do like to follow some creators and authors and speakers that I admire. Like,

there's some great things about it. But also, I probably shouldn't spend as much time. Our church does

like a technology fast, basically, like making your smartphone a dumb phone. And it's always like the best 30 days

resets my soul. But that's the truth. Number one for me, Instagram. Okay, number two, Marco Polo.

I've learned this is a very millennial thing because it's basically a video, the message that you send to your friend, but you can

watch it whenever, you literally use it every day because it's friends that are out of town,

some friends that aren't, but I'm not able to see people every single day and I need that connection.
