How's it going, everybody? Henry here. Welcome to the positive mindset podcast where we use

positivity, build a better mindset. Today I am talking about my trip to the Disney Institute in Florida.

It's been a couple weeks, so I've had some time to review. I did the one-day class on leadership excellence.

So this is, if you're not familiar at the Disney parks, at least in California and Florida,

they have institute, basically a classroom type setting that you can go to.

They do all kinds of training, but, you know, it seems like it's focused

on, you know, corporate business or entrepreneurs or any kind of business that's really wanting to

learn from some of the things that make Disney Disney. And I went there. It's a one-day course,

so I got there late the night before, got up early.

Yeah, breakfast.

And then you're basically from 8 o'clock till 5.5.30 in this classroom type setting.

The first half of the classroom setting is more about like information about Disney in case you didn't know, you know, kind of their backstory and why they think the way they think.

And then you get to kind of do an experience.

Our experience was going on a walk through the park and seeing how some of the leaders interact with the players.

So everybody there is considered a cast member. So I guess it's how you interact with the cast members, well they're on stage.

When they're in the park working, like we're basically guests can see them, that's considered on stage.

So my experience was really good.
