It's honestly kind of hard for me to believe that this is the first time I'm sitting down to record a podcast episode about this topic.

I don't know how it's taken this long, but we're doing it. We're going to talk about Indimitriosis today.

And specifically, I'm just going to kind of share my experience with

Indometriosis. It's obviously a fact that everyone who experiences this or thinks they may have

it is going to have a different story and different experience. But as I've kind of opened up a little bit about my journey

through that and the diagnosis and all of the things,

I've had quite a few questions just come in over the last year

or two about it.

And I thought, you know what, let's just kind of put it all in one place so

kind of what I want to cover today is what led me to seek out a diagnosis to see if that was something that I have.

And then kind of my decision from there

as to how I've chosen to address it,

how that affected our fertility journey

or how I think it may have affected our fertility journey, what that looks like going forward,

how I've made some lifestyle shifts to try to support my body through that, and then we'll kind of

end with some resources that I find to be very helpful.
