I'm well. It's been a very chaotic day, travel-wise, as we were sharing before the show.

I take the Northern Line normally, and I was perplexed to see there was a fire alert,

and the link between water, snow and fire eludes me, but lots of travel chaos this morning.

And thank you for keeping this in because anyone else would have said, oh, we might have to reschedule, especially when you're in a middle of a travel crisis across London.

showing up for young people that's not sure I've been looking forward to it Jack so we

life some of them were just got into jobs some of them will be looking for jobs

some of them will just be exiting jobs or at uni at school at college. What was your first job?

What did that job teach you? And what did you wish you knew to pass on to this slot?

First job. I'm not sure if you can call it a job, but the first time I actually made some money doing business

activity was ages ago. I grew up in, you know, like an apartment block in the center of New

Delhi, which is a chaotic mega city. And I had lots of books, lots and lots of books because

this was the pre-digital era,

and that was my source of knowledge, entertainment.

And I actually created a bookshop, a rental thing in the community playground one summer

with a friend of mine, so we pulled together our collection

of books and rented them out so imagine a scorching summer's day in Delhi at a playground

and two you know skinny boys with with books laid out and charging very nominal rental fees on a trust basis
