Amazing. So we start here with the first question, because there'll be, as you know, we go live on several platforms.

This podcast is focused towards young people, but we do get all groups tuning in to learn and engage.

My first question is, what was your first paying job?

What did that job teach you that you want to pass on to young people across the country?

So my first paying job actually was a paper boy.

So I used to get up at 5.30 in the morning, go to the local news agents, collect the papers in the bag,

and deliver them around the village.

And on a Saturday I used to get paid, I think it was 50 pens for the week.

And what I learned was a really important message actually, which is don't spend it all as soon as you get it.

So I used to go to the shop and then buy a load of sweets because I was about 11 years of age and then realized that I've spent all the money for the week in that first day.

So I learned a lesson, which is just keep a little bit back actually for things during the week.
