Love it. We always start here and we always start at the beginning because there'll be a number of young people considering what they want to do.

Some will have entrepreneurial ideas. Some will want to go and work for

businesses, some will have these fantastic app ideas, and we don't want to kind of bust the myth,

break it down, tangible advice, because right now there's a lot of information out there. Get up at

So help me kind of dismiss it and disbust it and get young people flipping the duvet.

But I want to start with your first ever paying job.

What was it?

What did that teach you and what did you wish you knew before you did it?

Great question. So my first ever paying job, I was on the till at a petrol station on the A505.

And I think what I learned from doing it, my dad basically sent me out on a kind of, you know, you're 16, go and get a job, come back.

And he said, just go to the pub and get a job behind the bar and come back.

And I went to the pub and they said, we've got no vacancies.

And I was sort of confused because I thought, you know, my dad had sent me out on a mission and now the pub had no vacancies. So I actually went to get petrol, saw a sign saying vacancies and ended up saying,

well, hang on, can I work here instead? And it couldn't turn up home. So, but it was kind of,

it was weird. It was one of those things. It was pre-internet. It was very boring job, actually.

And, but I also, you know, on day one, wanted to make it the best I could. I remember repairing some of their equipment in the petrol station and just kind of,
