So my first question, because there will be a lot of young people tuning in all walks of life, different stage, wanting to know,

okay, what do I do next? And I'm a big believer, focus on the next step. My first question is,

what was your first job? What did that job teach you that earned you a bit of money?

And what do you want to pass on to this slot when they're going into their first job?

I mean, well, if I really think back, you just got me thinking there for a minute.

I think when I really first started earning money, I was doing a paper round. That probably is a thing

of the past, isn't it? Because people, I mean, you don't need somebody to deliver a newspaper to your

doors these days because you'll get it on your tablet or your phone or what have you. But we used

to have to, when I was growing up, people had newspapers delivered and you get on your bike and

you get up at five or six o'clock in the morning and go and drop these in people's letterboxes.

And so I was doing that type of work or I do, I got a job.

I do to do some jobs working for the Boy Scouts because in those days also we would be

deployed to sort of try and help out elderly, whatever, gardening, different bits and pieces
