Summary

As you probably know, I’m a huge believer that so much of ‘THE GAME’ is mental. Stress, fear, anxiety, and our natural negativity bias is always ready beat us down. One of the most powerful tools in my toolbox to harness positivity in a seemingly tough situation is a daily gratitude practice. 

As we head into Thanksgiving here in the states, in the middle of a pandemic and everything else, I wanted to dig into the archives and re-share my personal practice. In this episode I share the exact practice I use every morning to re-center my mindset. Join me if you're curious, and use it to jump start your own.

All right, here in the United States, this week is coming up here at Thanksgiving.

And that is a time where gratitude is front and center.

And if it's not, I really beg you to make it so. And I had a thought,

I at some point, the last year, the year before, I shared on the podcast my gratitude practice,

my specific practice that I do every day as a part of my morning routine. And it occurred to me based on a bunch of requests

out in the ether over the course of the last year that it would make a ton of sense if I resurfaced

that and maybe put it out in a few different formats. So I wanted to take just today's episode and

share with you the thing that I do every day as a part of my

morning routine to get my day started right, get my head and heart aligned and allows me to be

the best person I can possibly be. Now, I'm bringing this up because it's Thanksgiving,

but to be crystal clear, this is a practice that I don't just do at Thanksgiving or don't

just do at the end of the year or to kick off the new year when I'm setting a bunch of new

ambitions.

This is a part of, this is a heartbeat.

This is a part of my day to day.

And of all of the things I've done,

meditating, of taking care of my physical body, of eating clean, of, you know, all of the

things. I can say with my open heart and true, true mind that this has been one of, if not the top game changers for me, for my

headspace. You know how much of a mindset maniac I am. If you need a powerful mindset, there are

few things on the planet that can help you more than this practice. So I'm going to get out of the
