Summary

Hey sis!

In today's episode I am being very real about my previous thoughts about yoga as well as where I am with it today. *Spoiler alert* I was afraid to do certain stretches labeled as yoga out of fear of angering God. Girl, I'm having a whole conversation about this today so press play and let's get into it.
