I've been experiencing of late is, uh, I have like, like two weeks now of shoulder pain

that is 100% the result of me sleeping bad. Like I like put my arms someplace. It wasn't supposed to be, and I rested my head on it for seven hours, and then I woke up the next day, and I've got problems. Yeah, that's your 40s. Like, you just, you just like, you lift a fork wrong, and suddenly you're crippled for life. It's lots of fun.
