Baby Steps is one of my absolute favorite organizations that we get the opportunity to work with.

And it's amazing just to witness on that short video the power of your generosity impacting lives in our community.

And I know that during COVID-19, we've had more people than ever before ask about service opportunities and ask about how they can get involved in the community.

And let me just say this. All you have to do is ask. God is doing so much through the Auburn community and God is using us to be a part of that.

We're going to go into our bringing time like we do every week.

This is a time that we worship God through the giving of ties and offerings.

And I hope that that video just helps you clarify for a moment why it matters that we are generous

we get to be generous to people around us because of your generosity toward this local body

of believers. And more than we're blown away by your generosity,

I'm blown away by the way you have chosen to follow Jesus. This season, this year has been

unlike any other year or season. And I've watched how our church, in the face of adversity,

in the face of difficulty, in the face of division, and in the face of a lot of things that difficulty in the face of division and in the face of a lot

of things that are very difficult to navigate i'm actually as your leader inspired by the way you are

living your life the way you are raising your voice and the way you are listening with a gentle

humble spirit for god to reveal to you what he's called you to do moving forward.
