Well, we wanted today to be a special gathering, and I actually get the opportunity to sit down

0:05.9

with a special guest, and it is a miracle that we're even getting to step into this moment together.

For those of you who have never met Stuart Hall, Stuart is going to be sharing a little bit

0:19.4

about his story today, and the reason why I wanted to do

0:21.8

this is on Father's Day, I just felt like this was an opportunity for us to slow down in the

0:28.4

sermon series that we've been a part of and let the Word of God be spoken through a testimony and a

0:35.6

life story that is actually happening in real time. So, Stuart,

0:40.4

welcome back to ACC. It's been a minute. It has been a while. I think the last time I was here,

0:45.8

the power went out. The power went out at the Auburn University Hotel and Conference Center.

0:49.7

And you made me yell the entire time. I did, and I was glad you were here for that day,

0:54.1

0:56.5

1:01.0

1:18.9

where he was the speaker and thousands of students would gather either at the beach or at a weekend

1:24.8

retreat. And when Stuart Hall was bringing the word of God,

1:29.1

it was the most special moment. But when I was in college, Stewart actually intentionally,

1:34.8

Panama City Beach, Florida, I still don't know why to this day, noticed me and decided to be

1:40.5

really intentional with giving me advice about the future. And we developed a relationship and a

1:46.2

friendship that has lasted to this day. And so it's amazing that on Father's Day, we need to honor our

1:51.1

biological fathers, but we also need to honor our spiritual fathers and men who have spoken

1:56.3

truth into our lives over time. Stuart, you have been that for me. And I want to say thank you today.
