0:26.0	My best friend committed suicide six months ago and I'm just having a really, really hard time with it.
0:37.0	I have a question to ask you that's going to be horrible. You ready? Yeah.
0:45.0	It's a horrible question. Your mother's there, but there's a point to my asking it. So you're going to have to trust me a little bit. Okay. Are we ready? Okay.
0:53.0	How come you couldn't save your best friend? Huh? How come you couldn't save your best friend?
1:03.0	Well, I don't know why to me. I like to think that I tried. Well, you failed. And I like to think how did you fail your best friend? How did you fail?
1:21.0	I don't think I listened to her very well. I didn't read into the signs that were there. You didn't read into the signs.
1:33.0	Were there really signs? Were there really signs?
1:46.0	The reason I'm hitting you like this is sweetheart. You're experiencing guilt, which is unwarranted.
1:57.0	As you know, was a 17 year old female with female friends, we all get wacky. We all get emotional. We all go up and down. We all get depressed, threatened to crap, get annoying, be annoyed, get nasty, get desperate.
2:14.0	You know that to be true, right? We go through all of that. I was a 17 year old girl.
2:20.0	So you know that's kind of standard. Tell me that you know that, please. I do.
2:28.0	Okay. Well, then any one of those times that she or you got into one of those odd moods could have been bad, but they weren't until this one.
2:47.0	And the reason I'm pointing that out to you is there's no way in the world. You could have guessed this time was different from all other times.
2:59.0	Yeah, you're right.
3:00.0	Six months later is not you not being able to mourn. I think six months later you're still beating yourself up because you didn't savor.
3:12.0	After all, she was your best friend.
3:17.0	And you couldn't have.
3:20.0	Because unless you called you up and said in 30 seconds, I'm going to do this and die, there's no way you could really have known anything.
3:27.0	And I think six months of blaming yourself needs to be enough.
