We are about one month away from the 2019 version of Diamonds and Dirt Barrel Horse Classic,

bringing the bling back to Brian, Texas.

obviously something near and dear to my heart,

mine and Jackie's, I think. That's right. They're opening the pony race up this year. It's always

been 18 and over. So it's kind of been more for trainers. They're opening it up this year,

letting the kids come in. I think that's a great idea. At first, it was always kind of a spectacle of

just the trainers kind of goofing off and a night to

kind of get wild and um the rules weren't always adhered to as severely as other times but um it was

it was always a great time and i think this year they're going more towards the fundraising side each team

is required to raise $500 for

for charity. The one that raises the most, the team that raises the most, each gets a $250

shorty's hat coupon voucher, which is cool. And apparently if your team raises more than $10,000,
