Welcome everyone to the PFF Fantasy Podcast. I'm John Macri joined, as always by Nate the great Yankee. Nate,

last week we spent some time kind of going over some of the closer ADP decisions at the wide receiver position.

And naturally, we're going to focus now on the running back. So Nate, everybody loves them some running backs.

I'm excited to get into this. How are you doing today, my friend?

Doing well. Glad that we're talking about this today and not yesterday and weren't disturbed by

the Frank Ragnall retirement, which messes with the Lions running backs, wasn't expecting a lot of

breaking news that could impact running backs this week, but we got some at the start of the week.

Of course, right. Yeah. Yeah, yeah it's uh yeah it was a bummer

kind of a surprise i guess he was what 29 years old um but you know at the same time damn

retiring at 29 years old has uh got to feel pretty good i'm sure um but uh yeah i'm sure he'll find

plenty of ways to keep himself busy but yeah it does it definitely affects the uh the lion's

offensive line,

of course, one of the better offensive lines in the league. And Ragnow, obviously, being one of the

top centers as well. So it'll be interesting. We're definitely going to talk about Jemir Gibbs

today and the Lions, but we're going to go through quite a few running backs and ADP decisions

that people might have. We're going to use the underdog ADP right now, which again, we talked about it last week.

It is a best ball format.

So there might be some slight differences, but I feel like for the most part, the running

backs that we'll cover today are not too affected by best ball versus just standard fantasy

formats. But we'll go through all of these players
