So I'm now using the new super duper Alexa.

And it's kind of underwhelming.

I mean, I just signed up early, like other people, to say that I wanted my little Alexa to have its superpowers.

And it comes on and you say, what can you do, Alexa?

And it says, you know, we can do entertainment.

We can have fun.

You can do this.

Educational.

You know, you can pick.

And it's basically the same stuff with more detail and elaboration, with one

exception.

It's one thing I found useful, and that is this.

It used to be if you needed something about current events, Alexa hadn't had time to absorb

it, but now it really does have real-time answers.

So I asked a question about some political event that it happened the day before and got a pretty good answer.

You can also say, you know, Alexa, read me the Washington Post or whatever, you know, publication you

like, and you'll get some excerpts of that. But it's just funny that this was so widely hyped.
