The Texas legislature finally passed SB-4 last week, which empowers state and local law enforcement to arrest illegal aliens for their illegal entry into the state. Sara interviewed citizen journalist Hernando Arce from San Antonio, Texas. Arce was arrested for filming what he believed to be illegal human tracking at the airport. During the incident, two San Antonio police officers approached Hernando as he was recording at the airport. They informed him that he was trespassing on "private property" and subsequently arrested him, charging him with a Class B misdemeanor. "Morning Joe" hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski raised concerns on their show, suggesting that if Donald Trump were to win the 2024 presidential election, there might be consequences for those who opposed him. The hosts expressed fear that in a hypothetical second term, Trump could potentially imprison, execute, or expel individuals who have opposed him.
