Hi guys, this is Darryl Craig Harris. I'm with Music Matters podcast and we're here at the

beautiful Toulouse La Trek Jazz Club in London for the London Jazz Festival and Women in Jazz

and I have my new friend and I'm going to let you pronounce your name because I'm not going to do it

properly. How ready for you? There you go. I knew you'd do it by much better than the job.

So you are a painter and artist. You've run some amazing workshops that kind of

recover and encompass music and tell me about the workshops. Yes, so we've just done one workshop

two days ago on Sunday. It was an amazing experience for us because actually we are part of

and I founded the Creative Resonances Group in 2017. It was the idea is to merge all the art form

together. Right, so our music photography. Yeah, exactly, poetry and dance are music,

jazz mostly and so it's an amazing, it's been an amazing journey so far.

Originally it was so performance right really for so much because at the beginning there was

visual art and poetry. Right. Then it was visual art and painting and then everything together.

So it's really evolved a lot. And you just did one of these this week and so this weekend

was a workshop. It was the first live workshop that we have done in person because we've done

some workshop online during the lockdowns and stuff. Okay. But so far we have many

done performance at the vortex jazz club. Performance is quite amazing, quite immersive.

So we wanted for this workshop two days ago to keep this immersive vibe and interact with

where the audience got the occasion to paint. Where we kind of cooperates together. Exactly,

so it was a fun, you know, we asked the audience to to draw and create a paint like us. So we were

almost feeling they were part of the department, they were performing with us. It was like a dialogue
