My guest today is Michael Levy, composer for ancient instruments.

Michael has been a long-time friend of the podcast.

He has generously donated many of his songs for me to use on the show, and I am incredibly grateful for his support. I sat down with Michael via Zoom to discuss

his compositions for ancient Egyptian instruments. Michael plays a variety of instruments which are

replicas of actual objects found in Egyptian terms. As you will see, Michael

is knowledgeable, personable, and very enthusiastic about his craft. Along the way, he also breaks
