Yeah. Life as a mum is crazy. It is. And we do so much for everybody else. We forget to look after ourselves sometimes. We do forget to look after ourselves because it is hard. It is. Yeah. I don't eat as well as I should. I don't fit in as much exercise as I should. No matter how big or small, we all have our own personal health goals and I know I do. What are they? I want to look after my body, not just for myself, but for the children. I want to exercise. |
