In order for me to be willing to sit down in the chair of rehab and the rooms and be quiet

And so, I have a little over five years of sobriety now, so I come from parents where my

father was a raging alcoholic who was really, really mean to me and a codependent like

super blackout, codependent mother and my parents were divorced.
