Well, it's one of these situations where at least at first you thought, well, at least the structure was spared.

But then you see what's happened since then surrounding the area and what a disaster it's been.

And then all of the subsequent kind of looking at this thing,

and it just looked like it was a lights were on and nobody was home in terms of minding the story.
