Hey everyone and welcome to the Believers' Voice of Victory.

I'm Courtney, the granddaughter of Kenneth and Gloria Copeland,

and I'm so honored and privileged to be here today with two dear friends of mine.

This is Grant Skelden.

You're going to be new to our audience.

No one's seen yet, but welcome to the show. I'm glad to be here. And then we all know Greg Stevens. He is not new

to the Believers Voice of Victory broadcast, but we're so excited to have this conversation around

multi-generational church. And I think it's so important that all generations look ahead and look behind and see how do we

unite the church and how do we help each other continue to see multi-generational church be strong,

especially in the end days when some people say we've never been more divided and some people

say that kids are leaving the church, but then other people will say, actually, Gen Z's coming to the church. And I consider you as my friend,

the generational expert, like you always know what's actually going on in Christian culture.

And so I'm really excited to have you here today. Can you tell everyone a little bit about yourself

and what you do? Yeah. I get the privilege to basically find who's God using in very unique ways in a season where so many people can feel warranted concern over the next generation. Why are they leaving the church? Why are they not getting married? Why is college so difficult? Why is it hard for them to find a job? Why are they job hopping? All warranted concerns. But we need to also ask the

question, instead of just who's leaving the church, who's leading on behalf of the church, who's in

the culture and bringing the gospel to those places? And I get the privilege to kind of do these

retreats for high-capacity young Christian leaders and then just share instead of just what's wrong,

what is working? like what it should

excite us about how God's on the move.
