Hey, everyone, welcome to the RANCRE show. I'm your host, Mike Taravella. And today, I wanted to recap multifamily mastery four, also known as MM4, is an amazing Jake and Gino event. So shout

making it happen. But I really wanted to get on here and just kind of recap the event in the sense

of what were my key takeaways. So first and foremost, proximity is power and being in the room with over 800

investors in the area. Obviously, the Zooms and the one-on-one connections have been the norm

in the last couple of years, but it's good to just meet each other face-to-face. It truly solidifies

all the people you've been working with, partnerships, and it really locks it in and makes it real. And plus, just seeing the

growth of everyone in the room has just been an amazing feat for everyone. So one, great to see

everyone in person, an amazing event. Number two, proximity is power in the sense of Luke

Wren, who is a speaker from the Tony Robbins camp, but he's done an

amazing job of just helping us. We had a VIP dinner and he talked to us, but he just talked

about the energy in the room. He just reminded me of the Tony Robbins of changing the state,

being close, being in that proximity of people, and just helping people grow and scale every single day.

So it was for me super helpful of understanding getting the home life, the personal life,

and balance so that I can execute the business side of the house.

Even on the business side, I've been thinking of just what is the one thing,

creating the one thing.

So what is the one thing I need to do to move Rand and the Rand fam forward?

And so it's just been dialing in on our criteria and whatnot was a fun weekend.

Lastly, sharing the stage and also just networking with other operators.

So Vinny Chopra and John Roos and Chris Jackson, Bill Hamm, Colin Schwartz, all of these people, and Logan Ranked, Georgia Brayu, all of these people have thousands of units that they've operated from.
