episode. These are our episodes that happen every other week in between the main episodes,

where we cover a topic that is related to the Pop Pantheon, tangential to the pop pantheon, something that enriches our

understanding of the pop pantheon. That's not a full artist deep dive. That's not ranking a specific

artist, but it's something that maybe comes up on the podcast a lot and something that is

deserving of our attention and maybe a little bit of a deeper discussion that will help all of our

understanding of pop music, pop music history, et cetera, et cetera.

Before I get into what this week's B-side is about, I want to say that we have a new contest

going on. A few of you have already partaken in it. Now, this contest has to do with social media. If you've listened to

this podcast before, you know that we have social media. It's Pop Pantheon Pod on Instagram and

follows. If you share your favorite episode of Pop Pantheon or frankly the entire podcast in general

on Instagram or Twitter and you also, you know, share an endorsement, make it feel genuine,

tell people why you listen to the podcast, why you love it, why they might like it,

why they should listen to it if they love pop and pop stars,

etc, et cetera, and you tag Pop Pantheon on either platform, you will be automatically entered

into our new contest in which a random person will be drawn and that person will get to pick an artist

for which we fast track an episode.
