Queen Elizabeth was laid to rest following a state funeral Monday. 1:18.2	And our new NBC News poll shows a stalemate in the race for Congress with 46% backing both Democrats and Republicans.
1:25.3	Take a look. This is a dead heat, folks. That number has been
1:28.7	fairly stable in our polling for more than a year now with neither party ever leading by more
1:33.8	than two points. At this stage in the race, the two parties are running on totally different
1:38.5	sets of issues. Republicans are focusing on border security, crime and the economy, three issues
1:43.9	where they have a big edge over Democrats.
1:46.2	In the history of our NBC poll, Republicans have never had a bigger lead on all three of these issues.
