1:08.2	under the cloud of a criminal investigation this afternoon.
1:11.8	The Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the appointment of a special counsel to investigate classified documents found at President Biden's office and home.
1:20.2	Garland named Robert Her, a former U.S. attorney up for Maryland during the Trump administration.
1:25.2	He's also a longtime veteran of the Justice Department.
1:28.3	He's going to lead this investigation. In his remarks, Garland revealed that Biden personal
1:33.5	attorneys had found yet another classified document just this morning. So making it the third time
1:40.3	since early November that classified material was discovered either at President Biden's home or
1:46.9	a think tank office. And this comes a day after NBC News was first a report of that second batch
1:52.6	of classified documents, which had been found, which Garland confirmed were in the garage of
