I know a lot of podcasts, they have like Jim Womzlian and they talk about the great things

that are going on at the World Cup and the UTMB, but Tenjuk Miles, we have a very strange

fan following and we like to interview the people that listen to the show just a little

bit, just a tiny bit just to get to know each other because we're a community and a nation

of people and we, you know, we just, we're interested in each other, probably more than

we are the elite runners.

So we do these every Monday, it's just a short little interview, 20 minutes.
