have Jason Hartman on the show. Jason has his own podcast called Creating Wealth, and he is one of the foremost experts in the country, if not in the world, about real estate.

Oh, well, I'm so excited to talk with you and just kind of get a state of the union of what's going on in the real estate markets,

where are the best places to invest, and what you're seeing happening out there.

Yeah, well, there's a lot going on.

Yes.

You know, since we've been coming out of the great recession, the worst economy in seven decades,

for the last several years, people were very fearful, very scared.

We had clients buying properties back in,

of course, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, when very few people wanted to do that. But the ones who had the courage to be contrarian investors and to just jump out and do things made fortunes, basically.

You know, they did very well, obviously.

And now we've been seeing the market just booming in most places for the past several years.
