| 1:04.1 | things like that don't lend itself to a movement disorder where my balance is compromised. |
| 1:08.8 | So I got out and did some hiking and really embraced that and up and decided, |
| 1:15.5 | you know what, I'm going to go hike the Appalachian Trail with another guy with Parkinson's. |
| 1:22.2 | And we're going to go do this thing and show the world what we can do. |
| 1:26.3 | So I went out and did that. |
| 1:28.7 | Actually, I did that two cycles I was out there in October of last year. |
| 1:34.4 | And this year, instead of really kind of punishing myself on the AT, I'm going to do some |
| 1:39.8 | different signature hikes. |
