Hope everybody you love as well. Hope everybody you love is out of harm's way. It has been a difficult few days for people in North Mississippi. We're going to talk a little bit about that here

in the early segment of the show.

So first thing, right out of the gate, I want to always use this platform,

not just to educate, entertain, but to inform.

For those of you that have kept up, there's a crisis going on in the South with these icy roadways. And I want to speak about that just a little bit. So it was shared today that I-55 North is going to be closed at Grenada.

So if you were looking to travel north, you're going to have to find an alternate route.

What's happening is we have some people that have been stranded, some for the better part of two nights on it, I some people have you know moved their cars to the shoulder and

abandon them and will come back to get them others are just kind of toughen it out similar not as difficult a situation but there are some situations on I-22 as well now Now, they're going to shut off traffic heading westbound

at Marshall County right there around New Albany.

So if that is a normal thoroughfare for you,

you're going to have to find some alternate modes

of transportation.
