1:03.5	I'm going to give this Black Excellence over to a 16-year-old named Connor Lamb of Denver, Colorado.
1:10.8	He's an applicant for the Black Student Excellence Award, which is, I think, on its third year.
1:23.8	And the reason that he is up for this recognition is because he's, first of all, volunteer at Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum.
1:31.3	He is from a very small group of high achieving cadets. He says that he currently has a 4.2 weighted GPA, five AP classes. He earned the rank of cadet second lieutenant, which is an
1:41.2	accomplishment only about 13 percent of cadets achieve.

1:50.9	He was met in the museum by the state Senator James Coleman,
