where suddenly there was a bank run globally, not just in one bank in Silicon Valley,

but banks across the country, anxious about their depositors, banks in Europe, anxious

about very large banks, the investor class punishing these banks by withdrawing their funds

or selling the stock.

Now we come to the president talking about punishing bank executives who may be the way forward

to shore up the banking system.
