It is not improving.

It is, however, said to be secure right now because Congress, in its wisdom,

the House and the Senate, have passed some legislation

that takes the budget crisis till late January or early February, depending upon the department and the secretary involved.

However, 31 trillion sits there as a large problem for the U.S. now and into the indefinite future. I welcome

Varenique de Riche of the Mercata Center looking at that debt and asking what
