Who do we have for the first time to my grand embarrassment?

My pal, Paul Page, the Paul Page. I almost feel like I should insert

a freaking in there. Paul freaking page, the voice, the permanent voice for so many of us when we

think IndyCar. How you doing? What are you doing? I'm doing good. I don't know how to

overcome that welcome. That's awesome.

Well, tell me about your poor decision-making skills by accepting my invitation. First of all,

Paul, you're better than this, but hey, I guess you take pity on me. No, I enjoy these kind of things.

You know, because you're actually talking to people who not only care, but they really understand. And so these things are always much fun of us, especially with you, you know, because you're actually talking to people who not only care, but they really understand.

You know, I've been keeping track for years, and it's more an honor for me, I think.

Oh, well, you're silly.

I'm going to ask about a certain war in peace like production going on in your world, putting a book together that

cannot wait to get my hands on.

But before that, I just want to share with folks one of my favorite Paul Page memories

unrelated to anything serious.

I think it was the 97 or 98 Indy 500, the little Thomas Knapp Motorsports Genoa team

with Greg Ray, where I was the assistant team manager and engineer there and whatever,

jack of many trades.

We weren't particularly known in IRL circles.

We were an Indy Lights team coming up and trying to dance an IndyCar at the Indy 500 for the first time.

And so I think as you would do normally with any new team or folks that you might not know so well,
