1:02.6	quite some time trying to ground myself a little bit just sitting here with my
1:08.7	feet grounded to the earth ice closed hands to my belly just breathing. I don't
1:17.5	know how I'm going to get through this podcast. I mean, I always get through the
1:21.3	podcast even if even if I'm having a really hard week or going through something
1:26.9	crazy. Yeah, they're in the six years of this show I have never not made it
1:34.0	through a podcast episode. But I'm in that place right now where I feel like I
1:40.5	have so much adrenaline moving through my body. You know that feeling when you're
1:46.2	in a little bit of survival mode a little bit. And as long as you keep going as
1:52.1	long as you maintain a high pace as long as you just keep your eye on the ball
1:55.3	and you just move forward, you're fine. And then the moment you actually stop the
2:02.4	moment you actually pause the moment you get a second to yourself then
2:06.1	everything just sort of crumbles. Yeah, I don't know if you know what I'm talking
