| 1:07.6 | And this is a moodra that improves self-confidence |

| 1:40.0 | He probably didn't know he was doing a mudra but that's the point. |
| 1:44.9 | Mudras are often very intuitive for us so you may find that you are doing |
| 1:51.0 | mudras and you may not even realize it. |
