Hi everyone, I am so happy to be with you today. I just love podcasting. I love being a friend

with all of you who are in my community. It's just so much fun to hear from you. And I just

love the ability to be able to share with you what I'm learning. And then you respond back

and just thank you so much for all that you give to me. Well, today I think I mentioned to you

that I'm going to be doing a little kind of a mini series on the book that I wrote with my

absolutely wonderful sweet forever friend, Sarah May. And so to my delight today, Sarah May

is joining me for our first podcast on Desperate, hope for the mom who needs to breathe. Hi, Sarah

May. Hi, I'm so excited to be doing this podcast with you. Finally, finally, we're doing it.

I know. Well, we are both in the midst of running as fast as we can. And we've tried several

times to get together. You were even, I had even said, you should come to Oxford and then we had

so much company. And then my kids start saying, Mom, we're writing PhDs. We can't have any company.

And I thought, anyway, so now we're going to plan a weekend together. But yes, for sure.

I just can't tell people they probably have no idea how much fun we have together. And we just

were going to do a podcast and we ran out of time because we've been chatting and talking and

giggling and inspiring each other for the last about an hour. Oh, for an hour, I think that we

have been talking and we're like, we should be podcasting this. We should be podcasting this.

I know. And now you guys are going to get like 30 minutes. We had all the secrets of the world.
