Welcome to our daily rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen. Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

The distinguishing art form of the last hundred years has been moving pictures or what we now call movies.

And no wonder, this art form combines the drama of the theater with the power of music and visuals

limited only by the imagination of the

imagination of the director and his team. In itself, that's a remarkable cultural and technological achievement.

That's why most of us watch movies.

So far so good. But if we're trying to be faithful

disciples of Jesus, this means we have to ask ourselves, does the stuff I watch and do my motives for watching it actually bring me closer to God

by giving me a greater sense of the truth goodness and beauty of the world that

God is good and the world is good and that I am very good and that God is bringing everything to the greatest conclusion. Does what I watch help me realize that better or not?

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow would be your name, thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

If us to stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver

us from you really men.
