Well, if you're a regular listener to this podcast, you know that we spend an awful lot of time talking about the key pillars of health, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress,

management, relationships, and yes, spirituality and purpose. But rather than offer you another

sweeping discussion on one of those topics, today I have invited my fellow Commune co-founder

and brother from another mother, a long time, Schweitz Confident, the great Jacob Lab, into the studio,

to talk about three small, specific things that

I live with a virus incubator. Yes, you do. Yeah, small.
