I think we are so predisposed to think of a valley as a place of defeat.

Yeah, that's true.

But if you look at valleys in God's story, valleys are strategic.

And God will catapult his people into victory more often than not when we're flat on our back.

Think of a low place as God's just about to flip the script. There's something about

being in a situation where you feel like you're hemden. You're forced to take a rest. You're in the

valleys. And yet, God is growing something that is fruitful. The places where I thought there's no way fruit can come out of this.

I've lost everything that's important to me.

I will never laugh again.

Looking back, it's the valleys in my life that have produced the most fruit.

And really the most beautiful victories

that's good.

because today, today is the first time we're going down into the valley. I mean, we're doing a series

on mountaintops and valleys, and we're sort of referring to them as those high points and those

low points. Now, I don't want to give away today's Valley because I kind of know where Lisa's going,

but it sort of involves an insane amount of, shall we say, fisticuffs? Does that work? It's pretty

arcade. Fighting. You got so many crazy stories, but come on, you do not have anything with

fisticuffs. No fighting, right?
